Raffaella Fico is a popular Italian actress, model, showgirl and TV presenter. She used to be Mario Balotelli’s girlfriend.

Personal life: Raffaella Fico entered the world of fame through her participation in Italy’s eighth edition of Big Brother, best known as Grande Fratello, in 2008. In September that year, she even grabbed the attention of the Vatican, after deciding to put up for auction her virginity for €1 million.
Fico stated that her plan was to use that money to buy a house in Rome and pay for acting lessons; but in the end, the saga turned out to be fake.
In 2009, it was revealed that Raffaella Fico had entered a relationship with former Manchester United footballer Cristiano Ronaldo. Subsequent to these rumours, Fico was quickly assumed to be the mother of Cristiano Ronaldo Junior – who was brought to light by the Real Madrid star after his run in the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
By that time though, Ronaldo was already linked to Russian model Irina Shayk, and the Fico-baby rumours had to come to an end.
In June 2011, Raffaella paired up with Manchester City footballer Mario Balotelli.
Early in April 2012 though, it was revealed that Balotelli had cheated on her twice with hooker Jennifer Thompson – the same hooker that was at the source of the Wayne Rooney cheating scandal back in 2010 (more).
This revelation brutally shook her relationship with the footballer, and after further revelations came from model Holly Henderson and Chloe Evans, Raffaella Fico broke up with Balotelli, ending a relationship that lasted less than a year (more).
In June 2012, there were rumours that Raffaella Fico was pregnant, after some of her photos during a publicity event showed what looked like a baby bump (see pictures).
These pregnancy rumours pushed many to assume that Mario Balotelli was the father of the suspected baby; but they were categorically denied shortly after by Fico’s entourage.
Early in December 2012, Raffaella gave birth to baby girl Pia (read more).

- Just as Steven Gerrard and his wife Alex Curran, Raffaella Fico is a practising Catholic, according to her brother. During her auction scandal, he said: “She has never had a boyfriend, I swear on my mother’s grave. She is a devout Catholic and prays every night.”
