Harry Redknapp selected three Barcelona players in his FIFA 13 Ultimate 11, but made no mention of Ballon d’Or nominee Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ronaldo might have been tremendous last season, just as in his on-going term. Obviously, his abilities in FIFA 13 have not gone disregarded.
But despite the potential of the Real Madrid player, veteran football manager Harry Redknapp insists that a team omitting the likes of Ronaldo could still be unbeatable.
The new QPR coach recently sat down with EA Sports to reveal his Ultimate 11. For those having trouble viewing the YouTube video above, here is how his team’s line-up goes, using the 4-4-2 formation:
Goalkeeper: Manuel Neuer
Defenders: Ashley Cole, Vincent Kompany, Thiago Silva, Dani Alves
Midfielders: Gareth Bale, Andres Iniesta, Xavi Hernandez, Neymar
Forwards: Radamel Falcao, Lionel Messi
One can think that Neymar deserves a place as a striker rather than as a midfielder; but for the former Tottenham manager, his Ultimate Team is simply perfect.
“Can you do better? No chance,” says Harry Redknapp at the end of the FIFA 13 video.
