Mario Balotelli’s girlfriend Raffaella Fico has discarded rumours that she was pregnant of twins.
Fico is reportedly pregnant of one child only, and not twins.
Apparently continuing a discussion initiated by one of her followers, Fico wrote on her Twitter page Sunday: “Hello Annartita, sure I answer. What beautiful twins. I have seen pictures of their feet! How cute they are”.
This sparked rumours among her followers and the Italian public that she was carrying babies herself. But surely, this idea was the result of a misinterpretation of her message.

Having realized that her followers had misunderstood her tweet, Raffaella wrote back hours later: “You guys are creating confusion, I simply replied to Annartita who has just given birth to twins.”
The ex-girlfriend of Real Madrid player Ronaldo is expected to give birth to Mario Balotelli’s son on Christmas Day.
