The Patch 1.02 for PES 2013 fixes issues in the Master League, MLO and Performance Training.

The patch also gives the choice to give unique boots to players in the Master League and MLO.
The patch also addresses the issue where the game would freeze while importing data from PES 2012. In addition, gamers will not be required to restart their hardware after installing the new Data Pack.
But it is the updates around the Master Leagues and Performance Training that certainly sound the most interesting.
After implementing the PES 2013 Patch 1.02, transfer fees and contract fees shown when signing players in Master League Online will match those shown in the breakdown of such costs, as per the game’s official website.

A lot of gamers might have also experienced freezes in Master League when items obtained in MLO were used.
Speaking of Performance Training, PES fans will finally be able to complete the “Long-pass” training, even when Pass Assistance level is set to [0] or [1].
Thanks to fans who voiced their concerns and suggestions, the Patch 1.02 will bring several new additions and improvements to many other areas of the game (and this includes boots!).
As promised by Konami, the patch is set to come out on Thursday, November 29, 2012.
