Mario Balotelli’s mother Silvia must certainly be happy after her son dedicated his two goals against Germany in the Euro 2012 semifinals to her.

Mario Balotelli first scored a header, before beating the German defense to score another superb goal and place Italy in the final as the 2006 World Cup winners won 2-0 on the night.
But Balotelli’s mother Silvia did not miss the action, as she travelled all the way to Warsaw in Poland, only to watch her son put on a good show at the National Stadium Warsaw.
IBNlive.in.com quoted Balotelli saying after the match:
“At the end of the match I went over to my mother and told her ‘these goals are for you.’
“I waited a long time for this moment, especially because my mother came all the way here [in Poland] and I wanted to make her happy.”
“This is the greatest evening of my life, but I hope Sunday [the Euro 2012 final] will be even better.”
Italy face Spain–who beat Cristiano Ronaldo’s Portugal in the semis–in Kyiv, Ukraine on Sunday in the final, and Balotelli’s mother Silvia could have much more to enjoy.
