EA Sports showcased the FIFA 13 Kinect features at E3.

EA Sports’ Andrew Wilson explained why FIFA 13 had been made “better with Kinect”, as he went on to demonstrate how the use of voice controls improved the game and made it more sophisticated ahead of its release.
The Kinect features are:
Voice Commands: This means that you will be able to get in the shoes of real-world managers. Simply by talking or shouting, you will be able to change your team’s tactics, formation and make substitutions without pausing the game.
Pitch Commands: In Be A Pro mode, you can call for the ball, encourage a team mate to make a run or even call for a shot simply by using your voice.
Referee reaction: Commentators and referees will be able to hear what you say. Harsh words from you as a gamer could then influence the ref’s strictness and decisions, and thus get your player booked.
