When we talk about Wayne Rooney’s luxury home, we are looking at several millions of pounds on a vast piece of land.

All in one: Wayne and Coleen Rooney now live in their dream house.
Years back, English footballer Wayne Rooney and his wife Coleen – one of the UK’s top wags – spent around £1 million on the demolition of a 1930s house, which was previously on the site. They afterward began building their six ensuite bedroom mansion, in which they now live with their baby boy Kai.
Location: Prestbury, Cheshire, England
Estimated value: £4 million
Type: Neo-Georgian mega mansion
For many, Wayne Rooney’s home is simply the perfect resting place for any rich footballer. Less than a kilometre away from the houses of Premier League stars Wes Brown and Stephen Ireland, the Rooneys’ mansion is enriched with a gym, conservatory, home cinema, sports stadium and statues.
It also contains several plasma televisions, sweeping staircase, a giant indoor swimming pool with a changing room, Jacuzzi and paved sun deck.
The matching bathrooms include gold-plated taps and lavatory seats. The outside of the house is decorated with garden turf, on which Wayne and Coleen Rooney spent £50,000.
The games room is highly enhanced with pinball machines, video games, a golf simulator and an old-fashioned jukebox.
Needless to say, cooking is never done in a congested area inside the Rooney mansion; the kitchen is as big as a tennis court.
With a breakfast bar included along with designer fittings and a floor-to-ceiling fridge, the kitchen may be seen as the focal point of the “Rooney palace”. Additionally, a triple garage holds the English couple’s car collection.
Of course, knowing how vulnerable they could become with all their treasuries, the Rooneys did not forget to put in place a £30,000 CCTV security system.
Anyway, this luxury house is not Wayne and Coleen’s only home. They also own a £5 million villa in Barbados on the Royal Westmoreland estate and another £320,000 apartment in Port Charlotte, Florida.
